🔧 Burn-In Test – 1 J QCW Laser (8 Hours)

The burn-in test evaluates the reliability of a 1 J QCW laser by operating it continuously for 8 hours at 10 Hz. The test checks for output stability, thermal management, and component durability under sustained conditions.

Key parameters like pulse energy, diode current, and temperature are monitored. The laser must maintain <±0.6% energy fluctuation with no power drops or failures. This ensures the system is stable and ready for long-term use.
